I had a great experience dealing with Audi Kelowna recently. Negotiating while in Mexico and traveling from Vancouver Island, over the course of a few weeks, my sales rep Jesse did a fantastic job doing all the leg work I needed to feel confident in making the decision to buy my shiny new Rover. From Jesse pulling documents from Land Rover and arranging an independent inspection done free of charge, to the value of my trade in, to the competitive price of my new ride, I couldn’t be happier. The Range Rover was sparkling in the showroom upon my arrival and from that point on, I was all smiles. Jed had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived and the process was smooth and transparent. Thank you Jesse, Jed and Audi Kelowna. I won't be trading in my ride any time soon, but when I do, I'll be back.

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication skills of Lambda over the last few months. They have neglected to communicate timely (multiple times not responding at all) as a business should, and have put a low amount effort into our interactions. After multiple attempts to contact through phonecall, text messaging, and Instagram messaging, I feel it is only right to write this review as a warning to others considering using Lambda. Overall, replies that I’ve received from Lambda have not addressed my simple questions and concerns, and I’ve put quality effort into contacting in a courteous and friendly manner on many occasions at this point.This community is small. Maybe they think people do not talk about their experiences.Nemesis Performance, the other Subaru shop in Winnipeg area, has always communicated back in a timely fashion, addressing my questions and concerns in a friendly fashion... although are seemingly much less competent in Subaru repair than Lambda.2 stars rather than 1 as I am not being irrational but can logically award 2 stars based on Lambda’s strong knowledge of Subaru repairs and the decent experiences friends have had. Severely poor communication and a couple of worrisome comments by them have them at 2 stars in my opinion.

This is an outstanding dealership. Barry Strecker has treated my spouse and me very professionally and courteously and has made our dealings with Porsche Ann Arbor a real pleasure! Thanks for the great experience!

I've been coming here for my old car with many issues and Dennis has been super helpful and patient with explaining everything to me about the issues with my car and giving his honest opinion if it is worth fixing or not. Really appreciate his honesty and time in teaching me to take care of my car better and dumbing things down for me to understand and showing me exactly the issue.I've gone to him for small issues that was a simple fix and he did it for free too (even though for me, it seemed big).Definetly recommend him because it's hard to find a trustworthy, honest and patient mechanic like him!

This was my birthday gift and one of the best ones of my life. I drove the Porsche 911 GT3 RS and this is the car to drive on a track. The staffing is fantastic, helpful and very nice.You have to do it once in your lifetime, I swear that you will have the best time ever.

Adam and Glen were absolutely fantastic from start to finish of the entire process. I wouldn't trust my car with any other shop. Highly recommend them for anything you need with your car.
